Is it possible that the colour of the product in reality deviates from its appearance on my monitor’s display?

We have tried our very best to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of our products may differ from the colour displayed on your computer. We can’t guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be perfectly accurate. We therefore recommend checking our Instagram page to assess reality more accurately first.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has been placed, but not yet dispatched, we’ll try to make a change or cancellation wherever possible. Please contact our customer services at hello@aeuo.eu as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll try our best to change your order prior to shipping. However, if your order has already been shipped, we’re still happy to help you afterwards in accordance with our refund policy. We’re not able to refund or exchange merchandise that appear to have been worn, washed, or aren’t in original condition. All items must be complete with original packaging. Please remember to write ‘Returns and Repairs’ on the outer wrap (!) to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.

Were any animals harmed during the production process of your products?

No. Our so-called ultrasuede comprises polyester, spandex and polyurethane. This also means our product is highly resistant to stains and discoloration.

I’ve ordered your product and I still haven’t received it while I definitely should have by now. Can you help me?

Yes! We obviously will do everything within our power to guarantee the cap will be delivered nonetheless. However, we cannot speed up the process since this usually appears to be beyond our range. Therefore we can’t be held responsible for any delay or other unforeseen events, either legally or financially.

I’d like to return your product because it doesn’t suit me that well. Am I allowed to do so?

Sure! You may always return your merchandise within 30 days after delivery, as long as it is still unused and in saleable condition. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product(s) are on your own expense. We strongly recommend checking returns before actually returning your goods.

Can I machine wash your products?

Yes, you can. We strongly advise you to wash your all seasons T-shirt inside out at low temperatures (30℃) with like colours. With regard to the curved brim suede cap however, we would advise hand washing possible stains, as a washing machine may turn out to slightly adjust your cap’s fit. Please note that washing your clothes regularly brings along a significant environmental impact. Obviously, we won’t ask you to hand wash your underwear - but wearing your garments more than once before tossing them in the dirty pile would have a bigger impact than you might think!

Can I iron my newly bought suede T-shirt?

Of course. However, we strongly recommend using a clean cotton (moist) handkerchief or fabric scrap between the iron and the T-shirt while ironing. In doing so you will most likely not damage the delicate suede fabric. Please be patient by the way, ironing suede might take a little more time than you’re used to.

Where are you products manufactured?

There’s not one particular place or region at which our products are manufactured in their entirety. We’d like to search for materials from all across the globe. Having said that, it is beyond dispute that most of our products are predominantly assembled in China.

Would you say your products are perfect?

Nope. The inevitable consequence of manually finalizing our products may be the occurrence of minor errors. This may not only apply to our garments, but also to manually tailored boxes, tags, or promotion material. In attempting to be in control of our products, we strongly advocate developing as much items as possible by hand ourselves. Yes, even if this may imply the occurrence of minor, often imperceptible errors. Sorry, but not sorry!

Would you be down for collaborating?

We’re always open for new adventures, whether you have a well-established reputation or are the new kid on the block. However, we would like stress that we’d prefer to receive these requests through email at hello@aeuo.eu, as this provides us with a much clearer overview.

I have been googling for discount codes, but I can’t seem to find any. Where do I have to look?

We don’t offer any discount codes, as we don’t like our customers to pay deviating prices. Although fairly unconventional, we find this rather unfair to loyal fans with front-row seats. Accordingly, there will be no sale. Not now, not ever.

How are we supposed to pronounce your brand name?

In fact, we don't care. It's completely up to you whether you mention the letters separately or produce a strange wolf-like cry. Maybe you'd rather go for I owe you, our personal favorite aioli or just 'that store with that silly name'. Honestly, we couldn't care less. It's not about our name, it's about our quality products.

Your black all-seasons T-shirt feels slightly different than the beige edition. Am I right?

You are. We’ll spare you all kinds of technical terms, but you can bear this rule of thumb in mind: the darker the fabric’s colour, the more robust it feels due to complicated processes of dyeing.
