Our garments are being shipped from The Netherlands. These are always double packed to secure undamaged delivery. In addition, you might want to know that the boxes for our all seasons T-shirts are custom made to fit your letterbox. You don’t have to be at home all day to ensure properly delivered parcels. We do advise you, however, to empty your letterbox as it may take up a substantial amount of space. For your own good, we won’t package our curved brim suede caps similarly though. We refund or exchange any item you aren’t 100% happy with, as long as you return it in unused and saleable condition. You may return your merchandise within a period of 30 days without indicating any reasons. Aforementioned time period is counted from the day of delivery of the last good(s) you’ve ordered. You may open the package and check the contents, but the goods must be returned unused.Easily returnable
We’ve made returning your purchases as easy as possible. It won’t take longer than five minutes. Click here and our return portal will take you from there. No rocket science. For customers from countries other than the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg slightly deviating return processes come into play. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us at email@example.com first, after which we ensure your purchase will be returned swiftly.
We’re not able to refund or exchange merchandise that appear to have been worn, washed, or aren’t in original condition. All items must be complete with original packaging. Please remember to write ‘Returns and Repairs’ on the outer wrap (!) to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.
Shipping back to us is at your own expense. In case of damaged items different policies apply, about which you can read more below. Please note that you’re responsible for the product until it reaches us. Once returned and checked you’ll be entitled to receive a refund or exchange. The reimbursement will typically be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.Damaged or wrong items?
